Hourly rate: £14 - £16.50 + Overtime + Overtime bonus when you work over 48 hours

Working within a sheet metal fabrication company based in Sandbach, Cheshire, you will have experience of using spot welding machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate spot welding machinery to feed the robot weld section
* Work on one-off components as well as batch work
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment
* Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Attend training sessions as required

Requirements:
* Proven experience operating spot welders ideally within an Engineering Manufacturing company
* Reliable, ambitious, and have a positive can-do attitude
* Ability to work well as part of a team as well as individually
* Good time management skills, being productive and efficient
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Good communication skills
